What's Included?
Strategy Call
45 min call to map out your core offer & hub.
Core Product Set Up
Core product set up with an introduction/welcome module and up to a further 12 modules. 4 lessons within each module, leaving it easy for you to create more if needed. All graphics for these modules and lessons will be created and added.
Canva Templates
Branded templates in Canva for modules, lessons etc for any additions you wish to add yourself at a later date.
Tech Set Up
Tech set up, for example, actions set-up to tag and trigger emails or other responses based upon client actions.
Tracking Codes
Facebook pixel installed and Google Analytics tracking code added where applicable
Customisation
Fully branded Course/Membership site in your colours and fonts in every area that we're able to edit. Some platforms are more flexible than others.
Secondary Product Set Up
Secondary product set up, perfect for downsells, subscriber hubs or whatever works for your needs.
Payment or Cart Integration
Integration with your preferred payment method. We recommend Stripe for direct integration, or ThriveCart as a shopping cart.
CRM Integration
Integration with your email/CRM system. We recommend Mailerlite, Active Campaign or our own system, OrenkiLeads.
Initial welcome email written to be triggered by client purchasing your product.

How it works
Onboarding
The first step is for us to gather some information from you. We send across some forms for you to fill in and we start researching things on our end.
Strategy Call
Once we have all this information we arrange a zoom call to map out what you want your portal to contain content-wise, as well as be like experience-wise..
Framework
We take the content you have provided and build out the basic framework of the site.
Design
Once the framework is signed off we then work on the branding, ensuring it matches your business branding. We create custom images and source stock images if needed.
Content
We then start adding your content to the site to make sure everything is where it’s supposed to be.
Development/Integrations
If creating a custom WordPress solution we will need to work on any custom coding, add integrations and develop high-functioning aspects of the site.
Pre-Launch
Any changes that need to be made are gone over before final approval and our pre-launch tests. Then the final invoice is due before we push the site live.
Launch
Your portal is ready to go live!
