The first step is for us to gather some information from you. We send across some forms for you to fill in and we start researching things on our end.
Once we have all this information we arrange a zoom call to map out what you want your portal to contain content-wise, as well as be like experience-wise..
We take the content you have provided and build out the basic framework of the site.
Once the framework is signed off we then work on the branding, ensuring it matches your business branding. We create custom images and source stock images if needed.
We then start adding your content to the site to make sure everything is where it’s supposed to be.
If creating a custom WordPress solution we will need to work on any custom coding, add integrations and develop high-functioning aspects of the site.
Any changes that need to be made are gone over before final approval and our pre-launch tests. Then the final invoice is due before we push the site live.
Your portal is ready to go live!
